Siberian Ginseng Extract*

Eleutherococcus senticosus is a species of small, woody shrub in the family Araliacea, native to North-eastern Asia. It is sometimes (colloquially) called devil's bush, Siberian ginseng, eleuthero, ciwujia, devil's shrub, shigoka, touch-me-not, wild pepper or kan jang. E. senticosus has a history of use in folklore and traditional Chinese medicine. Root extracts of E. senticosus are sold as a dietary supplement or cosmetic, usually under the name Siberian ginseng.

 

Maca Root Extract**

Maca is a plant that grows mainly in Peru in the high plateaus of the Andes Mountains. The maca root can only grow at high elevations and may be the highest growing food crop in the world. Since the time of the ancient Incan civilization, the maca root has been harvested as a vegetable crop and used for medicinal purposes.

 

Goji Berry Extract

The goji berry, also called the wolfberry, is a bright orange-red berry that comes from a shrub that's native to China. In Asia, goji berries have been consumed for generations in the hope of encouraging a longer life

 

Fenugreek Seed Extract

Fenugreek is a clover-like herb native to the Mediterranean region, southern Europe, and western Asia. Its seeds, which smell and taste like maple syrup, have been used in cooking and as medicine. Fenugreek is used as an ingredient in spice blends and a flavouring agent.

 

Maritime Pine Bark Extract

Pinus pinaster, the maritime pine or cluster pine, is native to the Mediterranean region. It is a hard, fast-growing pine containing small seeds with large wings.

Niacin, also known as nicotinic acid, is an organic compound and a form of vitamin B₃, an essential human nutrient. It can be manufactured by plants and animals from the amino acid tryptophan.

Niacin (Vitamin B3) helps with the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and is thought to support mood.

 

Zinc Citrate Powder***
